CalorieKit is simple, yet powerful app. Here is the basic getting started guide for you to learn the basics.
As similicity is the primary goal for the app, I've designed it so that you can have all the important information that concerns you right on the home page at a glance.
When you open CalorieKit, you will see your main dashboard, which provides a summary of your daily calorie and macronutrient intake.
Calories Consumed:
At the top of the screen, you will see your total calories consumed out of your daily goal. For example, in the screenshot, 418 out of 1040 kcal have been consumed.
The progress bar below shows the percentage of your daily goal achieved (40% in the screenshot).
Macronutrient Breakdown:
Below the calorie information, you will find a breakdown of your macronutrients: Carbs, Protein, and Fat.
Each macronutrient is color-coded for easy reference:
Carbs: Blue
Protein: Green
Fat: Yellow
Next to each macronutrient, you will see the amount consumed out of your daily goal.
Navigating through days
Use the < and > buttons to navigate between different days to check your past and future intake.
The Today button will always bring you back to the current day's intake.
